9. Fish Cordon Bleu

 

Firstly, if you don't know what a cordon bleu is, it is meat wrapped around cheese breaded and fried with a flour mix. The usual meat used for the cordon bleu is chicken.

 

This time, instead of chicken, Coron offers fish cordon bleu which basically uses fish but not only one fish but a variety of fish for personal preference!
